As an experienced executive coach, I’ll work in partnership with you to provide a safe, independent space, inspire fresh thinking, facilitate your development as a leader and build value for your organisation. At the core of my work is the Thinking Environment®, a uniquely powerful and practical approach to personal and organisational development.
As a dual qualified therapist and coach I can also help you to integrate your new skills and knowledge in a way that develops emotional and psychological insight.
We can agree to meet for a small number of sessions to focus on a specific issue or you may feel you want to engage on a longer programme of sessions to support you develop your leadership skills.
