Training

When we invest in training everyone benefits. Training increases confidence, reduces errors and shows that we are prepared to invest in ourselves and our people and our future.

I have extensive experience of designing and facilitating training across a range of contexts including the private and public sector as well as not for profit organisations.

I currently offer leadership training through Working Title Leadership (https://www.workingtitlesleadership.com) and courses in the Thinking Environment, including The Thinking Partnership course.

I can also work with you to create bespoke experiential training courses, designed to inspire participants from a wide range of backgrounds in the following areas.

• Leadership
• Team building
• Personal development and effectiveness
• Effective communication

I can offer one-off workshops of one or two day’s duration as well as longer courses.

The charges for work are agreed on a case by case basis and take into account the detail of any needs analysis, the preparation required, meetings attended, number of training days requested and the arrangements for printing any materials.
